Nick Wilkes, Advisory Board Member

Nick Wilkes is currently Director of Business Development for Impact Washington. He and his team are passionate about addressing manufacturers' challenges and being a resource that the Washington manufacturing ecosystem can rely upon and seek support.

Nick started his manufacturing career with boots on the ground as a front-line supervisor. He grew into leadership roles across 7 facilities within Precision Castparts Corporation with P&L responsibility. He relates well with everyone, from the production floor to the CEO.

Nick has a broad background in Manufacturing Leadership, Operations, Program Management, Technology Commercialization, and Business Development.

Nick has several years of experience working within the (NIST) Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). Formerly, Nick helped start up the Utah MEP at the University of Utah. Nick transitioned to Impact Washington in 2021 as an Account Executive for Eastern Washington and recently moved into the role of Director of Business Development. Nick and is thrilled to now call the PNW home!
